Payment

For personal injury matters, we operate on a contingency fee basis. This means we only charge an attorney's fee if we are successful in obtaining money for you, such as lost wages and pain and suffering. In criminal defense and other matters, we charge a flat fee, which can be paid using most major credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans, as well as a free initial consultation to discuss your situation.
